Description of the individual fields
The following fields can be set/edited for a document:
| Field name | Description |
|---|---|
| File name | The name of the document. The name is adopted by default, but can be edited |
| Owner | The owner company of the document. Only users from this company can edit or delete the document |
| Reference type/name | The entity to which the document is assigned (company, machine, machine template, router) is first selected here. After selecting the type (e.g. Machine), the corresponding reference (e.g. Machine XY) can be selected. |
| Location | The location describes which users are allowed to view and download the document. |
| Visibility | The visibility defines where the document is displayed (mobile app, portal, settings). Please note that the visibility is structured hierarchically. If Portal is selected, the document is also automatically displayed in the Settings app. |
