Prerequisites

  • Access to the Settings App

Editing users

  1. click on the "Administration " entry in the navigation menu
  2. click on the entry "User " in the submenu.
  3. select the user you want to edit from the list. The following operations are now available to you:
Operation Description
Edit All values that were specified when the user was created can be adjusted.
Archive Users that are no longer required can be archived (including all dependent objects).
Notifications Here you can define whether and how a user is notified.
Assign companies (only if Restricted access is activated) The companies for restricted access can be assigned here.

Edit

Clicking on opens a new dialog window in which various user settings can be adjusted. These include the user name, company, surname, first name, password, street, telephone number, zip code, city, country, comment, whether messages should be received, the user role and the VPN role.


Archive

You can archive selected users by clicking on . Please note that you must confirm this action beforehand.


Notifications

Click on to open a new window. In the new window, you can configure whether and how a user should be notified.


Assign companies

Click on to open a new window. The assigned companies can be edited in the new window (only if Restricted access is activated).
