  • Access to the Settings App

Creation of users

  1. click on the entry "Administration " in the navigation menu.
  2. click on the "User " entry in the submenu
  3. click on the "" button to create a new user.

Create new user

Click on to open a new dialog window for creating a user. Enter the required information here and fill in the necessary fields.

User name Enter a user name (must be an e-mail address). max@mustermann.de
Company Select the company to which the user belongs from the list. Sample company GmbH
Surname Enter the surname of the user. Sample man
First name Enter the user's first name. Max
Password Enter the password for the user. ------
Repeat password Repeat the password entered for confirmation. ------
Street Enter the street and house number where the user is located. main street 1
Phone number Enter the phone number of the user. +49 123 456789
Postcode Enter the zip code of the user's location. 69115
City Enter the city in which the user is located. Heidelberg
Country Enter the country in which the user is located. Germany
Comment Here you can enter additional information or comments about the user. Responsible for IT
Receive messages Activate or deactivate whether the user should receive messages/alarms. Activated
User role Select the role that the user should have from the list. Administrator
VPN role Select the VPN role that the user should have from the list. VPN user
Restricted access Describes whether flexible user management should be active for the user. (If active, the assigned companies can be selected in the next step).

After filling in the required information and clicking on "Send", the user is created in the Settings app. The user can then be edited in the Settings app.
